Villa Carvella

Indoor experience

The Villa consists of a large living and dining room area leading to an open kitchen, a luminous corridor leading to the rooms, three double bedrooms, one of them master with ensuite bathroom, and a common bathroom. The whole indoor area measures 110 square meters.

The living room

The space is equipped with two sofas, expanding easily to form comfortable recliners from where you can enjoy the outside view or the smart TV. The larger sofa can easily be used as a bed for a child.

There is also an energy fireplace completing the cozy environment and serving as an additional heat source during the winter season.

The Dining Room and the Kitchen

The large expanding dining table accommodates 6 to 8 people with comfortable dining chairs. There are also two convenient pieces of furniture that serve as kava and library.

The kitchen is full of every useful amenity, featuring a dish water, an oven with ceramic hob, a microwave oven and a large fridge.

The Bedrooms

The bedrooms are spacious equipped with queen size, extra comfortable bed systems by COCO-MAT, nightstands, benches and mirrors. One of them is the master bedroom that is serviced by a private bathroom.

The Bathrooms

Both bathrooms are equipped with spacious walk-in showers and all necessary amenities.

All the rooms except for the bathrooms are equipped with air-conditioning and electric roof fans to provide a mild cool feeling when the air conditioning is considered an excess. Each room has autonomous floor heating and special anti- gliding flooring perfect for a pleasant earthing feeling during all seasons.

Outdoor experience

The outdoor area consists of the balconies that surround the two sides of the house and lead with stairs to the pool, the gazebo, the barbecue, the kiosk on the edge and the gardens. A private side road leads from the main entrance of the estate to the parking, next to the entrance of the house. The whole surrounding area of the house features a land of 3.500 square meters.

The Balconies

The elevated area surrounding the sides of the house with the better view provide and ideal shaded space for a dining table and a small coffee couch and armchairs' set. Perfect places for breakfast and meals, especially during the hot hours of the day. There is also a convenient electric tent that provides shelter from the wind and the sun without completely blocking the view.

The Pool

The infinity pool is equipped with large comfortable steps that lead in the cool water and a jacuzzi corner with special sitting area in front of the hydromassage. The size of the pool measures 40 sq.m. (5x8meters) and the depth of the pool is 1,70 m.

A specious area around the pool is equipped with stylish sunbeds and umbrellas to allow you enjoy the sun and the view.

To complete the comfort of your swimming or your sunbathing, there is an outdoor shower next to the pool.

The Gazebo

The area consists of a large dining table that accommodates 6-8 persons, a built-in sofa and a comfortable set of coffee couch and armchairs. These are all beautifully laid upon a tile floor, made of handmade tiles of natural materials.

The temperature of the gazebo is conditioned by an electric wall fun and electric shades that makes it possible to enjoy the area under different weather conditions.

The Barbeque

Just beside the Gazebo you'll find a fully equipped Barbeque. A faucet and a basin, as well as a small fridge will serve perfectly your outdoor catering.

The Kiosk at the edge

At the edge of the estate, overlooking the sea by its cockpit position, there is a small area equipped with a double swinging chair and two armchairs. The perfect place to enjoy the sunset and the colors painting the horizon.

The Parking area

The entrance private road leads to the parking area just beside the house. This area also provides some storing spaces where you will find the dishwasher, the dryer, and extra place to store your luggage.
